    Snow Check 2022 ... hmmmmmmm

I’d like to see them go back to the Axys style seat storage, the new style has less room and in it.

Adjustable weights who's using them and what brand

What gearing? Great info Jamie, thanks. We have snow but the small lake where I like to test isn’t frozen enough yet.

    Gearing for 137” 1.5 Storm

Just picked up my new 850 VR1 137 yesterday. I had the dealer switch the track from the cobra 1.3 to the 1.5 Storm but they didn’t switch the gears. Right now it’s geared at 23/37 but if it came with the Storm it would of been geared at 22/41. I haven’t had a chance to drive it but curious of...

    850 Indy 129” gearing

I’m curious too. Just got my VR1 850 with the 1.5 Storm track. How’s everybody like the gearing? Did anybody make changes?

    Gearing charts?

It had the 1.35 but I had the dealer change it to the 1.5. I’ll have to double check with them that they switched the gearing too. Thanks Doug.

    Gearing charts?

Anybody have gearing charts for the VR1? I’m picking up my sled on Monday and wondering what it’s geared at. It’s an 850 137”

Polaris Matryx known issues / fixes

I took my OneRig mounting plates into my dealer to show them and I must say, they were very impressed by the fit and finish (as am I). They’re going to bring some in to sell as they don’t like drilling the rails on customer’s sleds.

Adjustable weights who's using them and what brand

I have the QAP 4s and love them. The 850 responds well to them. I know Northstar Rick says says the Magnums work even better and he definitely knows his clutching. Anybody know if he’s on this site? I used to talk to him on the site that banned everyone lol.

    Cleanfire 800 vs Patriot 850

I just traded in my 19 Indy 850 and it never had any issues. I’d buy it again without hesitation.

    Xc 850 possible electrical problem

I’ve gone around 500 miles since and no issues. I just pulled the plugs the other day to check them and they’re both chocolate brown, perfect mixture.

    Cleanfire 800 vs Patriot 850

The 850 is worth the extra cash. It’s producing more power, less vibration and it is dependable. Some people are having issues but all sleds have their own issues. It’s very good on gas for a 2 stroke. I’m not brand loyal and will tell you that the Poo 850 is faster than the Doo 850 completely...

    Xc 850 possible electrical problem

I’ve put some miles on since the new flash and the fouling issue is gone, plus the engine sounds way better now.

    Ice Scratchers

Mines a 129 but I installed my cable style scratchers using the hole in the rail near the front that you can see the hyfax retaining screw end. Fit perfect and works great.

    Xc 850 possible electrical problem

No sure exactly what was wrong but the PTO side was too rich fouling the spark plug. I had to replace it a few times and I’m way past the breakin period. The dealer put a new flash in it which is supposed to correct the plug fouling.

    Xc 850 possible electrical problem

Was out for a few hours riding last night, near the end of my trip, my 850 Indy stalled while I was driving about 30 mph. It may be a coincidence but it stalled right after I turned off my hand warmers. I started it up again, drove a few feet and it died again. This time all the lights went out...

    2020 Indy 850

I’m not having that issue but it’s because of fuel quality. In your settings, set your fuel to a lower quality and the code will go away. If your set at 91 octane and the gas at the station isn’t 91 then you’ll get the code.
