thanks man ... i put a 58-42 .36 in with the 140-220...ended up with the teem lt green 150-340 and heal clickers 58.5 tip light all the weight in the heal and mid... once we get some real snow i will test ... made a few pulls in the grass seems ok, 8100 and creeping up.... we will see how it...
Hey guys I have searched a bit , but haven't found to many threads for rush/axys 600's
I am playing around with a tss-04 64-42-.36 140-220 in the back and a few different setups in the front 10-60 ,10-62 and some heal clickers and its geared to 1.9...
my son is about 150 lbs. motor...
Tinman's comments are almost exactly what I have found ...I have been testing 48-44 .36 and a 50-44 f with 100-200 /140-200/140/220..up front 120-310 10-66 and 10-68 .with the 50-44f i had to go to a set of Heavy Hitters 65gm. ground to 60gm base weighted to 63.6.
This might be a good time and a good place to collect some PCV vs DR readings for comparison...Here is what I have
2015 800 I belive that mine is set a little high because i have to compensate 3-4% in fuel to get it to clean up W/O pipe and 2-3% below 7000 W /Bikeman Pipe
PCV5 896-4.296 No...
So... just for the record the first set was "new" September ish , only 20/30 miles.
They were NGK's and yes I did put the iridium's back in . I do believe I had one bad plug rite out of the box.(They seem to fail in strange ways) ... I have used many of them and can only remember 2 or 3 failures.
Update
It works... After every thing else I threw 2 new iridium plugs just for sanity's sake . it cleaned up and ran 8250... I re adjusted the throttle cable left it with some slack ... PCV5 shows 4.268 down some from what it was.
so before we loaded up I put the old plugs back in to see...
Update:
I did a bunch of testing ...I touched and tested every thing electrical .
did s few wide open pulls against the brake used a go pro to watch the exhaust valve actuator ...
Found that the throttle felt like the throttle body plates bottomed out before the thumb lever hit the bar...
Did that ...That is the "0" map reference all 0's in both fuel and timing...
I did not unplug the PCV , Its kinda a pain in the ass to get to the connectors...
...... what happens if the coils are plugged into the wrong PCV connectors Mag/ PTO...At higher Rpm does it fire Both holes on top...
no to the correct gear ratio in the ECU yet . Does it care?
ALSO No I have not had the valves re learned. Yet....I hate taking crap to the dealer if I dont know exactly what I am asking them to do...
thanks
Also To Be clear This was a late summer purchase(The Sled) I only put 60 miles on it, thought I was 2-3 grams heavy in the primary... that is what led to clutch testing ...and the conclusion that there is another issue . It acts like a bad bellows in the old exhaust valves...
@ 100% TP it is 2 DEG from 4500 to 7000 7000-7500+3 7500-8000+2 8000 -up 0
I tested a "0" map (No advance or retard) with the same results ...in RPM
I will post the Map tonight when I get home. I also tried leaning out 8000 and up -4% as well as Adding +4 in Fuel....
