    My new gates measures 1.48 across. That's quite a bit more than 1.42 for my newish (300mi) polaris. I could not fit the newest gates with my new tm weights. Anyone else notice these weights change clearance. Cg

    When you say 68.3g, are you using 8.3g set screw weight or are you considering the 60g base weight 65 and using 3.3g worth of screws? Everyone is running these around 68g it seems, which puts this weight around 73g polaris. Is the 65 base the better choice? I just bought the 60-70 and I hope...

    Follow up- Found a single bare wire going into this converter, taped it and haven't seen the engine light again yet. Pwm to analog ? Not sure what this does, coincidence? Hopefully it was my problem Cg

(3,4,10) are in owners manual under 520335 This is the first chance I've had the sled swamped and throughly soaked, so possibly something saturated that didn't see this...

    Proper clutch alignment

    Checking my buddies new 16' found alignment to be off. Single .120 spacer behind clutch,(factory), but will not clear 51607 tool with any more than a .020 spacer. Where to look? What to check?? Engine mount? Cody g
