polaris is saying the Indy evo has a 10 gal gas tank, yet I can only get 5 gal in. And the tank reads full half and res. Anyone know the actual amount the tank holds? And how far you can go on average per tank? Thanks

It does and I have asked Polaris. When I bought the sled they didn’t even give me enough gas to get it on the trailer, and when I got home it would only take 5 gal. I was just wondering if anyone had actually checked for sureYou have the owners manual? It should state the specs.

I am - or I should say - my two kids are the proud owner of a new Indy evo.
Saw this thread and have common ground here. The sled was delivered with barely enough fuel to get it in the garage. Lol. Putting that aside, when I filled it up it took just a little over 20 l. Book states clearly 38 l.
I gather the shorter seat involved a smaller tank. But shouldn’t the techs know this. Lol

I actually called Polaris, they sent me the tank specs with all its dimensions and they swear it’s 38 l.
I need to get the sled out and run it to better asses to this. Based on the tanks shape, I can’t imagine it traps air. But it would only swallow a 20 l can. Will be back posting on this one
