Hey I'm new to polaris and don't know what to do to my 2015 rush 800 I would like more whole shot and top end, I'm Open to suggestions thanks

How much ya wanna spend. Suspension Setup and traction are the starting points for holeshot which will help your traction and getting out quicker.
Proper Clutch alignment and belt deflection.
Bigger lug track-studs? But this will shave a little off top end.
A little lower gear ratio will help low end and not hurt top end-read topic below this one.
SSI pipe mod just proved a nice gain on the dyno for a reasonable price.

I have a 144 studs and I have a rush pro s so I think it has a lower gear but I could be wrong, so you think just a pipe? I was thinking of maybe a tune but I don't want to hurt the dependability of it

Regear to 1.74 and clutch it. You can do a ssi pipe mod to your factory pipe and gain 6hp with no fuel controller for $200.

Alright so what clutch kit then
None. Buying a clutch kit is pretty generic. They're all made the the same. However traction, gearing, rider weight, track lug height, and a few other things that I may have forgot all come in to play. If your going to buy a clutch kit you better have some questions for the person who you are buying it from like the ones that I've highlighted.

If your open for suggestions, all the above are great places to start, but I would ride it stock for a day then go to work. This way you can feel the difference when you make a change.

Alright guys I'm pretty sure I'm going to do a pipe, and clutch kit, think I may want new helixs but I'm a little confused on what to get, also thinking that rehearing it to 1.74

Question is what do I get I'm 215-220lbs and the sled is stock with a 144 studs

As outcast said above. Your best mods are the cheapest one's that you can do.

Set up your suspension for good hole shots. 1.7 second range in 60 feet.

Align your clutches

Check your primary for belt to sheave clearance. 0.020" at most with new belt.

Get your clutches balanced

Track tension, I let mine hang 3/8" after it's warmed up on stand.

Chain tension. With cover off, push left side of chain with ur thumb hard. It should move close to cover. Another way of checking this is on opposite sides of sled.
Move secondary back and forth while track is on the ground. If the secondary moves more then 5/16", tighten a little. I get mine to move 1/4" back and forth on secondary.

These things if made right. Will gain you a lot without mods.
Then add mods

My 2016 pro s runs good and pretty strong. BUT today we hammered down the railroad bed and my buddy's cat 800 whooped me bigtime! He has a lot of goody parts and time in this sled. I'm not to excited having a cat go by me like that! HAHA!!! Polaris man that I am it just doesn't sit right. Know what I mean? So that being said what are some good power adders out there for my pro s? Not looking for big bore. Factory cc it has to be but don't worry about the green, I don't care! Thanks!!!

Well then , first off which track? Go 1.67 or 68 , 48-44 full stock helix, SSI pipe mod or pipe , PCV with timing control from DTR . Put some weight to the primary and ditch the gold spring. This will net you around 165 hp and 105 ft lbs of torque . If you mod ur stock weights you will have less then a grand. Which I recommend just cuz it's easy to do and you won't keep messing moving magnets or set screws around. If you like to tinker , then go with adjustable Weights.

Yes Doc, fast trails for sure! We hold it wide open for long periods of time. I have the 50-44 helix with 140-200 spring. I geared 1.74 like suggested but that cat pulls so hard in the mid its crazy. I was catching back on top.
