16 Pro S 800
I have a 16 pro s 800 with a bmp stage 1 Bikeman kit. Im running a P2 secondary and im not getting full shift out and im not sure what to look for. Marked primary with a marker and lacking close to a half inch. Clutches are warm but not hot after long hard pulls.

Geared to 1.74
120-310 Primary spring
SSI weights 1,0,1
50-44 FP Dalton
140-200 Spring

Sled revs 8400-8450 has great low end outta the hole but flat up top. Slower than stock 17 pro s.
P2 clutch was floated and was checked with alignment tool. Im a bigger guy at 6'4" probably 285 full gear im wondering if the helix may be to big? Sled has 140 picks and 1.25 track. Any help would be great.

Try a 130-180 spring once, that 140-200 spring is a little tough on full shift. If the 130-180 is to soft, try a few shims for a little more spring pressure, or if you have a less aggressive helix, try something with a 42 finish.

Thanks for the reply. Ill give those a try!

50/44 fp might be to much for you’re weight and size. I think you have to much cam angle .

Got a few guys that are 280+ lbs and running 50/42 or a 48/42 fp
with no problem and getting full shift out and great mph .
