Grips adhesive tricks

    2002 Polaris 550 Classic
    Hello All. I was looking for tricks to apply to the handlebar to help the grips stick without using glue. I just replaced my right side heater and the glue makes a mess if you want to ever change the grips out. That's how I ended up having to change my heater due to cutting it somehow when trying to remove the old grips. Want something that will work well without the mess. Any tips are appreciated.

    Thanks, I did try this after doing a search on Youtube as well. Seems to have worked so far, haven't been able to test it out yet. No snow here yet in Northwest Pa.

    It should work pretty good, usually the hairspray will soften them up and make it slippery and then the hairspray get sticky just like in a women's hair..LOL
