My Polaris heated visor plug (RCA) suddenly stopped working this past week during heavy freezing rain. Has anyone HD there heated visor plug fail?

Is there a fuse for the accessory connection ?

Yep, sounds like your fuse. I believe it is a 2 amp mini fuse. It is located in that velcro "pouch" at the bottom left of the oil tank reservoir on top of the clutch shield.
