I took the head off today and put the stock one back on,going on a trip and don't want to have mess with it and worry about detonation mode kicking in,I might try again or just sell the head and pcvPlease us know if that works. I am basically doing the same mods--Terralps head/Pistons/SLP pipe/Can to be determined--or stock--and PCV with Dynotech shootout map.

No need to worry DTR map is all good . ran all day in Cochrane ontario most of the day WOT pulls one after the other for long period of time . In both eth and non eth mode.. Not for me,I would get det mode no matter which mode I ran in,the ssi head must have more compression or the pipe mod might push more sound wave back in the cylinders causing more compression, either way its off for now til I talk to Erich and see what's going on,originally he told me I could just run a resistor and be fine,not so muchNo need to worry DTR map is all good . ran all day in Cochrane ontario most of the day WOT pulls one after the other for long period of time . Map is safe I am running PCV , Bikeman pipe and head.
They didn't test the ssi muffler,I had one and I recommend sticking with stock,it's a nice unit but has bad drone @4800-5800rpms,just being honest with yadid you guys test the SSI can???? even if it equaled the stock muffler ,I'm ok with this as I want less weight???

When we were at dynotech the muffler picked up 3 hp. We felt very good with the results, especially since most stock mufflers make decent power.
My goal for horsepower gains is usually more geared towards the pipe. The pipe makes 8-9 hp on average.

I'm gonna do a compression test to compare the two at some point,stock head last time I rode was running between 110-120 without the t-stat, ssi head was 104-107 in similar conditions, 1 is 1% on your pcv, I've talked with a few guys that have the pipe mod and are running in 91 non eth mod and have no issues without a pcv so its weird you and I have the exact same thing going onMine is a 16 and DET's with SSI pipe mod, PCV map and SSI clutch kit, stock head. In same situations as you stated usually quick on off full throttle not usually wide open long runs. Im pretty sure most of the aftermarket heads actually have less compression with better cooling not sure the case with the ssi. Is 10% 1 number greater for the PCV map?
84-8500my buddy just put bikeman pipe what is the target Rpm for this pipe he has all of the recommended stuff just no adjustable timming 2015 800 axis

1.74,120/310 primary 140/220 secondary bikeman pipe in eth mode we are running 68 gram belly busters we had 10 series 70 grams would rev enough pcv5 back
ordered with the timing how much will that wake this thing up
