First 13 hours on sled had to get power valves "reprogrammed " was only turning 7300-7800 rpm then sled ran awesome after now have 26 hours it's doing it again!! Wtf is there a fix for this ???

First go round, did valves require cleaning at the same time?
If yes, what oil are you running?

No didn't need cleaning has 780 miles on it running Polaris race oil always have always will

Did it throw a code, or just wouldn't pull top RPM's? Mine is only pulling a max of 8150 RPM's. Dropped off at dealer this morning for the following checks:

-E-VES Exhaust Valve Cable length check.
-TPS in spec.
-Exhaust Temp. sensor reading in spec.

First time it came on for a split second time a heat "dummy" light came on once noticeably but says it over heated 11 times curious why light didn't come on more often cause I keep an eye on temp24/7 and never seemed to run hotter than 135
