BIG THANKS TO DR. NOTADOO AND BROCK

By looking at the pic rd, I do agree with you. It's thin in that area.
Would it be of concern???
I don't know honestly??

I am just concerned of the weight breaking there and flying out. I have seen the damage a broken weight can do. Even the old pre P85 closed clutch when a weight broke came through the closed face and through the hood. Yes I am a worry wort some times.

These are the ssi ones rd .
Pros800 on here has them and he's doing real well with them .

Yeah, I've seen them. The tip hole seems a little far from the tip

Try it. :)
If it rev's 8250, your good :)

Yes, I am! I'm anxious to try these out because of that more aggressive profile as spoke about in a prior thread. Would you say start with 3 magnets in the heel, 2 in the middle and 2 in the tip = 71.4g with current set-up? I believe that's what pros is running and have great success with.

I see your point Dave but like I said I've run them in my cats and alot guys running them around here ....

No results today brock as I'm gonna gear down today tho I'm going with 24-40

hey guys i need help i tried to order a 50-44 helix but my distributer cant find it and asked if someone would please post a part # for it if u could.find it.id be a happy camper thanks in advance

The one for the tss04 is the one you want. Find out about the 48-44 full it works just as good, just slightly less hole shot

LW420766 is for the 50-44 and LW 420767 is for the 48-44. You won't get the 50 till end of January I bet, go with the 48 for now and get that one later

So I ran my sled today and DR. Notadoos clutching is pretty much on point, sled ran really good running 8200 8300 , now of course I have a slp pipe so your results may very , secondary was cool too the touch , primary was pretty hot but I was on and off the gas , I may have too go up a little on the primary spring too slow the upshift a tad or go with a 48/44 with stock secondary spring, but the setups really close ........ Again thanks DR and Brock for helping us guys out on this site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2015 800 axys s.b
120-310 primary
10-70 weights

140-200 secondary
50-44 F helix
gates g-force belt
stock Gearing (I know don't kill me )
So if the clutch is a touch hot you know why, add some base weight to those 70s, how did it do after the 24/40 gear change?

Try Straightline for the helix that you want.

Pros800 is running..
120/310, 71.4 gram ssi adjustable, with heavy heel and tip weight.
66/44.46, 140/220
Gates belt
Balanced primary
0.020 belt to sheave
Ssi pipe mod.
1.74 gear ratio
Revving 8350 rpm all the time.

I had him set up with a 140/300 and 140/310, but the ssi heels are tucked more then most weights so it engages around 47-4800. The 120 start rate primary spring got him down to 4200 now.
It rips, he's got videos.

How would this setup work on a SLP piped 1.86 ratio shorty with 1 3/4" track (no studs)? I weigh about 265 full gear and riding on/off trail moderate to aggressive. I already have a kit thats installed but haven't rode it yet but is very different than everything listed on this site, i am guessing they missed the mark on this and i will have to change it out.
