I believe all manufacturers put numbers out that are a little unrealistic?

But as lid said, this is what's in your sled that Polaris doesn't count as weight

1 gal. Gas = 7lbs
4 litres Coolant= 7lbs
10iz chsincase=4lbs
1-2 litres oil= 2-4lbs
Rear bag= 1lbs
Lighter track= 3-5lbs give or take

I don't think they weigh it with scag s either ? That's about 4lbs

So I got maybe 30lbs that Polaris doesn't count . I'm probably missing something??
So that's about 470lbs now??

Thats some awfully heavy chaincase oil for 10oz brock.

Got side Tracked this weekend. Picked up a sweet single sled deck i saw at the sled show. Just drive up and it goes down. push the ramp back in.

Here's with my 21L quick release bag

So much nicer then the mountain addiction stuff

Now I can put gas can on or storage bag or both. Bag mounts to top of tank

Nothing amazing but cover fits good. I like how the windshield part is expandable if you have the taller Windshield on

Worked on it a bit today took the stock heavy batt and heavy tray out. Intstalled the bikman tray. 1/2 the weight. Installed the WPS batt. Lost 12lbs just like that.

Had to cut the bat heat shield a little so it fits with the new batt tray. pretty easy Also added charger plug on batt in case i ever have to charge batt

Installed rear Extreme bumper. You have to remove the tunnel reflectors so the side plates fit on.

Tip sled on side to install full skid plate. Removed pipe for easier access. need to to install bumper anyways. You have to watch the 1 pre drilled hole in slidplate. it goes right into a bolt inside. So i had to make a new hole a bit over..
